LeDoux is on the process of becoming a Dental Service Organization (DSO). As of August 2019, we are focusing on building new dental offices for our private equity investors. At the same time, we are taking applications for our Direct EB-5 dental investment opportunities. LeDoux is also pushing our partnership with affiliated dental offices to a new level by providing non-clinical dental managing services. We also start building a foundation for our laboratory needs by partnering up with high profile dental laboratories.
